2016 Goals

I’m not going to sit here and make a whole list of resolutions I would like to make in 2016. Chances are those resolutions won’t last any longer than the month of January.

Instead I am going to list my goals for the year, because to me goals are different than resolutions. Some goals will be big, some goals may just be small, but they’re all things I hope to accomplish by the end of the year.

School Goals 

  • Go to all of my classes
  • Do my assignments more than two days before they’re due
  • Do my readings
  • Study for tests/midterms/exams
  • Make the Dean’s list

Health Goals

  • Workout at least 5 times a week
  • Do a 5km run
  • (Maybe) do a 10km run
  • Drink more water
  • Find and make paleo recipes
  • Don’t eat fast food
  • Make healthy choices at restaurants
  • Complete the Fit Girls Boot Camp
  • Continue to be an inspiration to the Fit Girls Community

Personal & Life Goals

  • Be present
  • Be more organized
  • Accept the fact that everything happens for a reason and things will work out the way they are supposed to
  • Spend less time on social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
  • Don’t let people walk over me
  • Blog regularly
  • Get outside
  • Be active
  • Read 10-15 (non-school related) books
  • Don’t procrastinate
  • Don’t be lazy
  • Be happy
  • Travel to South America
  • Be okay with alone time
  • Stay on a budget
  • Be positive
  • Remove negative aspects from my life
  • Do my hair and makeup on a regular basis
  • Dress to impress
  • Be kind
  • Enjoy the moment
